Bill Barre
Bill has held numerous executive leadership positions in retail pharmacy and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industries, including Target Store Pharmacies, Revco Drug Stores and CVS Pharmacy. Most recently, Bill was the VP of Business Development for MedImpact, and responsible for partnering in the development of successful pharmacy consumer companies such as GoodRx and BlinkHealth. Bill holds several patents that focus on unique payer reimbursement models that have saved consumers and plan sponsors millions of dollars. He is also a current Board of Trustee Member for NCPDP, and a well known speaker at events such as NACDS, FMI, and Asemblia.
RAYMOND "PAT" MCPHERSON
Raymond “Pat” McPherson is a 73 year old pharmacist and businessman from Marietta, Georgia. He graduated with a BSPH degree from Mercer University’s Southern School of Pharmacy in 1966, and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1977 as a graduate of Woodrow Wilson School of Law. He served in the USN as a pharmacist from 1967-1971 – after which he and his wife Janet returned to his hometown.
During the following years Pat founded several companies including Pharmacy Systems, Inc. – a hospital pharmacy management company, Hospital Pharmacy Management, Inc. – a holding company dealing with employee management, and Construction Systems, Inc. – a lightweight concrete and floor underlayment (gypsum sub-flooring) company. He helped establish Atlanta West Industrial Medical Clinic – a clinic opened to provide a closer, more immediate medical care for those who worked in the Fulton Industrial area of Atlanta, and was actively involved in the development of Atlanta Environmental Services, Inc. He co-founded Homeland Properties – a real estate company, co-founded MBM, Inc – a real estate investment company, and co-founded RPM, Inc. – a real estate investment and development company. He was also financial advisor for RK Homes – a residential home building company.
He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Trust Company of Douglasville (GA) in 1985, and was appointed to the Advisory Board of Directors of the Suntrust Bank in 1993. In 1996 he was appointed to the Advisory Board of Cobb County’s Family and Children’s Services, and in 2004 was appointed to the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy by Governor Sonny Perdue. In 2008 he was one of the founders of First Landmark Bank of Marietta, Cobb County, GA, and was a member of the Board of Directors.
